In this weather? Jogging pants in the laundry? No time? This does not apply anymore. And, even more so when a personal fitness trainer has been engaged. Through a detailed fitness test Sebastian Hänsch obtains his first information in relation to the power and endurance of a client. Where are the problem areas? What are the individual performance preconditions? What is the target of the fitness training? A tailored training programme is set up according to this information, which systematically is turned into training sessions of 60 to 90 minutes. Appointment is fixed – now there are no excuses!
